I'm a firm believer that healing comes from within and it's my passion to help facilitate your overall wellness and holistic health. Beyond massage, I bring my background in energy work to create a divine experience that transcends muscle manipulation and elevates your time on the table into something deeply restorative and soul-centered.
My Story
I became a massage therapist because I have an innate ability to connect with others and found that I can transmute that feeling into something tactile. As a mom of two I discovered how powerful healing touch is at grounding and soothing the nervous system. My journey started when I came to the decision to completely transform my life, start school again as a single mom, and transition into a new chapter that better aligned with my values and passions. Through my own personal healing I discovered the profound connection that exists between the body and stored emotions. While my practice offers all the traditional benefits of massage like relaxation, improved circulation, and nervous system regulation, I like to focus on how emotions are stored in the body. I use massage as a vehicle to tap into the parts of ourselves that often go neglected, allowing my clients to experience a deeper level of healing beyond their physical bodies. It's my mission to provide a massage that facilitates deep, spiritual relaxation nurturing the body into a state of subliminal bliss.
